Vacancy: Reporting Analyst

Location: Redditch or Newcastle

The Role

Working alongside our Sales Managers, you’ll be responsible for supporting and compiling all sales data providing, reports and insights into key metrics outlined by our sales management team. As a Reporting Analyst you’ll work closely with SalesLogix, ensuring the system is kept up to date and facilitate all data and reporting needed from this system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurate maintenance of all department data, making sure data is kept up to date and all entries are accurate
  • Work closely with our Sales Director to plan, design, interpret and analyse data presented in the appropriate manner
  • Provide senior management with Data to support key business decisions
  • Building ad-hoc reports using data from our online systems
  • You’ll champion the SalesLogix system, ensuring our sales teams are using the application correctly and encouraging effective use
  • Simplify and build on existing reports, ensuring the reports work and evolve to the needs of the business
  • Ability to translate numerical and statistical data into operational language
  • Create a strategy for analysing, recording, distributing and storing data.
  • Provide timely and accurate management information with commentary which will be used to make any improvements to the operation




  • A*-C GCSE in Maths, English and IT



  • Intermediate to advanced experience using the following:-
  • SQL
  • Excel
  • Minimum of two years working in a similar Reporting Analyst role


  • Python (a working knowledge would be advantageous)
