Vacancy: Reporting Analyst

Location: Newcastle

The Role

Working alongside our Sales Managers, you’ll be responsible for supporting and compiling all sales data providing, reports and insights into key metrix outlined by our sales management team. As a Reporting Analyst you’ll work closley with Sales Lodgix, ensuring the system is kept up to date and facilitate all data and reporting needed from this system.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurate maintenance of all deptartment data, making sure data is kept up to date and all entries are accurate
  • Work closley with our Sales Director to plan, design, interpret and anayise data presented in the appropriate manner
  • Provide senior management with Data to support key business decisions
  • Building ad hoc reports using data from our online systems
  • You’ll champion the SalesLogix system, ensuring our sales teams are using the appication correctly and encouraging effective use
  • Simplfy and build on existing reports, ensuring the reports work and evolve to the needs of the business
  • Ability to translate numerical and statistical data into operational language
  • Create a strategy for analysing, recording, distributing and storing data.
  • Provide timely and accurate management information with commentary which will be used to make any improvements to the operation

 

Qualifications/Training

Essential

  • 5 GCSE grades at C or above

Experience

Essential

  • Intermediate to advanced experience using the following:-

SQL, HTML, CSS, JS, Excel

  • Minimum of two years working in a similar Reporting Analyst role

Desirable

  • Python (a working knowledge would be advantageous)

  • The role may involve some occasional travel to other EIC sites as required
